    Once I had some good experience when i expressed i was looking for something in particular. The other times I was there alone with only one other assistant. The assistant spent the entire time standing awkwardly by the till. I was there for 5 minutes but was never offered any assistance.... Even the lady who I believe to be the manager walked out and didn't spare a smile or greeting. The shop is great but the assistants mostly seem grumpy and unwilling to sell their goods.
