  Terrible, Snooty, Sexist, useless service. Like so many other reviews. Worst hour in an apple franchise ever! tried charging £84 for a service that is free from every other apple store. recommended a service already performed but so pompous and full of themselves were not willing to listen. expected to have the laptop looked at by the "genius" but were told to go waste an hour. which was a literal waste as they spent an hour doing what I had done the night before, just to be told we would have to book in with an actual apple store. Cuz thats easy to do when on holiday in remotest wales! cannot recommend avoiding this store enough!

  Took my Mac Book Pro in as keyboard & track pad had stopped working. Once I had shown proof of Apple purchase they sorted all issues for me and even got me a new screen. The only cost was the initial £84 inspection fee. Communication was first class and everything was completed within 5 days. A fabulous service from start to finish.
